Foreman/Katello 1.14, Roles setting for "Content Source"?

I am setting up a role that's restricted (for proof of concept for
managers) that will allow a user to create some hosts via foreman. The
problem comes from the fact I can't figure out what permission I need to
give them to see "Content Source".

See Attached Image.

I've been able to figure out everything else so far but this one is eluding
me and google has failed me today to sort it out.

Is this a role issue or is it a configuration issue elsewhere?
(location/organization problem)?

Do you have the view_proxy permissions set - and is the proxy in the same
location / org as the host you're trying to create?

view_proxy allowed me to set that Content Source! Thanks for the tip. Tho,
I'm still having one issue. When I submit the it will spin for a bit then
say that the "Content View" cannot be empty (the field just above Content
Source in the screenshot) even tho it does show "CentOS" as the Content
View there.

Just to get it out of the way. I can build a host as a admin user.

Hope you setup permission for CV ?

Yeap, attaching a shot of the current settings for the role I'm trying to
configure to do this.

If you're using locations and orgs then you need view / assign organisations and locations too. You probably want a load of other views - for operating systems etc too.

Also if you trawl the production.log file too you should start to see which permissions are missing.

This is probably the cause but I've been having trouble nailing it
down…also did not want to have duplicate content views of the same thing
and couldn't see how to give org/group a content view other than it's own
(only).
