Foreman/katello add host via hammer

I'm able to add hosts via the hammer discovery module. almost:

hammer discovery provision --id 43 --domain-id 2 --enabled yes --name

"compute-0-2" --interface --hostgroup "compute hosts" --architecture
"x86_64" --environment "production" --operatingsystem "CentOS 7.2"
–puppet-ca-proxy-id 1 --puppet-proxy-id 1

but I cannot find how to add the "lifecycle environment" or "view" options.
Also: how do I add the bmc/ipmi interface username/password in the same
hammer discovery command

With --interface, check our API docs on Host Edit, it's the same
controller.
