Foreman+katello upgrade problems

Hello,

We upgraded foreman to 1.11 anf katello to 3.0-rc1 and we get an error when
doing the db::migrate:

PG::Error: ERROR: update or delete on table “katello_systems” violates
foreign key constraint “system_activation_keys_system_id_fk” on table

Cristian,

Can you file an issue here with that traceback and the version and we can
look into it more?
