Debian’s ansible package ships without an /etc/ansible/ansible.cfg (after all, all defaults are in the code), but smart_proxy_ansible expects this file to exist and fails if it doesn’t

This has been “always” the case – we just never tested importing roles on Debian before extend ansible bats test to also test role import and execution · theforeman/forklift@acb404b · GitHub
