Foreman-proxy templates don't work

Hello,
I set up tftp/dhcp/templates foreman proxy.
Tftp/dhcp work just fine.
I see that templates feature is enabled, but nothing is listening on port 8000 as per config.
Is there should be anything done manually, like nginx reverse proxy pointing to foreman server?

My bad, http protocol was disabled.
