Foreman Remote Execution plugin available in nightlies and a deep-dive invitation

Hi,

The Foreman Remote Execution team is happy to announce that the first working
version of the remote execution plugin is available in nightly repos.
The builds should work both with 1.9, as well as nightly versions.

We did a short demo as part of previous sprint demo [1] to give you some ideas on what
to expect.

More details on the plugin are available in the manual [2].

Also, we would like to invite you to a deep-dive next week with more details
on the plugin [3].

Despite this is still a tech preview version and we have a set of known issues [4], it should
be good enough to start playing with it and using it in low-risk environments. We
look forward to your feedback, bug reports and suggestions for improvements. The
more of it we have, the better the further versions will be. We will try to keep
the migration path similarly as the foreman nightlies do.

We will continue addressing the known issues, as well as adding more features
based on the design [5]. After the initial stabilization cycle (few weeks) we
would like to push the plugin into the 1.9 repos to give you more confidence on starting
using it.

Thanks for giving it a try and providing feedback.

Stephen already asked me on IRC to do this for the RPMs (I pushed it
yesterday), but the Debian packages are only in nightlies. If you'd
like to fix the latter, a PR to deb/1.9 with cherry picks of everything
needed deb/develop should suffice.

FYI: we've postponed the deep-dive due to time conflicts: Tuesday 1PM UTC (I hope I got
the time-zones right:) is the new time of the event.
