Never completes the Katello install…
I ended up having to roll back to Katello 3.9 and Foreman 1.20 RC1. This was a really dumb oversight on my part but I’ll put it out there in the hopes it’ll save someone else the pain I went thru. When installing and uninstalling different combinations of Katello/Foreman where when I attempted katello install (for various versions) it would ALWAYS crap on me w/a yum dependency issue stating that the required katello-common version couldn’t be found however version 3.10 was existing eventhough the needed version of katello-common was in the same repo as the katello rpm that I was trying to install. Long story short yum had cached the 3.10 version and the fix was to do a yum clean all and re-run. Man, what a PITA this has been…
