This is probably a very simple question…
I see the following two items on the dashboard:
Good Host Reports in the last 30 minutes x / X hosts (Y%)
Hosts that had performed modifications Z
What is the difference between these two?

It would be nice if foreman reported noop actions separately, instead
of as successful modifications.
