Hammer i18n merged

Hello

I've merged i18n support into hammer-cli and hammer-cli-foreman. PR for
katello is waiting for review. May I ask someone from katello team to
have a look at it?

Also, can somebody with appropriate rights create a transifex subproject
for the translations please?

Nice work!

As discussed in IRC, I've added you as a maintainer to Transifex so you
can set up the Hammer .pot files as resources within the existing
Foreman project (so identical translations and languages are shared).

Thanks! I've pushed the resources and set them to auto-update. I'll do
the same for katello once it's merged.
