Help required: Foreman 1.4 manual

I've merged the beginnings of the Foreman 1.4 manual into the website,
it's now live. Currently it's mostly a copy of 1.3, with release notes
for all completed sprints so far and some new content thanks to Amos,
Marek, lzap and mmoll.

However there are still a lot of changes from 1.3 which we need to start
documenting, and I'd appreciate some help. Some already have wiki
documentation, and this might be most appropriate for topics that are
still evolving quickly (Chef?), but we should aim to move it into the
manual wherever possible so it's easier to find.

I'm making a list on this GitHub issue of tasks:
https://github.com/theforeman/theforeman.org/issues/141

If you can fix one, please work on the manual via a normal PR process,
the contents are under _includes/manuals/1.4/ in the gh-pages branch.
I'll try and merge these quickly. Please ping me if you don't know what
a task refers to.

Consider this part of the story completion that Dmitri's been talking
about

I'll definitely tackle some of these (whatever is left) in the week
beginning 20th Jan while I'm waiting for my Internet to be reconnected :stuck_out_tongue:

I wonder if it would be a good idea to continuously merge this as
nightly and rename nightly when the RCs are there.

Yeah, I'm not very happy with how it works right now. My concern about
creating the 1.4 manual early on in the process is just when we get
contributions to the 1.3 manual, we have to ensure they're duplicated
over to 1.4 too.

I'd quite like to do it through branching and then cherry pick or merge
changes, but that's trickier.
