Host detail - wrong uptime

Problem:
Uptime field in host detail showing wrong time.

Foreman and Proxy versions:
Foreman 1.22.1
Katello 3.12.3

Hi, this was fixed by https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/26393 in 1.23.
