When i change the IP adress for a host in the Interface Options of the host, the IP Adress on the host itself and in the vCenter doesnt change.
Is there a way i can do this without connecting on the host itself?
When you do so, it only affects the provisioning so it would require re-provisioning. If you need this to affect the system directly, it would be a use-case for configuration management so you have to manage your system’s network configuration via Puppet, Ansible, Chef or Salt.
