How can i integrate a Linux Template of Ubuntu or CentOS wich is located in the vCenter.
I already migrated the vCenter as a computing ressource. When i click on the computing ressource i can see the Template in the image category, but cant use them to create a new host in over the host category of foreman.
How can i migrate them into foreman that i can use them to create new Hosts.
On the compute resource you have to make the image available and associate them to an operating system. In the create host dialog when deploying on the compute resource and after choosing the operating system and image based provisioning you can select the available image.
You want to have a look at cloud_init and user_data templates for making good use of the templates in vmware.
