Ignoring folders in VMware

I will try to work on the UI to allow this hopefully this week, however,
the vm listing ideally should not be used as much, as if you provision a
system via foreman, you could watch/mange it from the hosts tab.

we are missing a way to tie existing systems to compute resources,
hopefully once that done, you would not need to use the traditional vm
listing as much.

when you create a new vm via foreman, you can select the folder in which
the vm would be created.
