I’ve got the message error mentionned in the title when I click on the button “Configure Cloud Connetor”.
What is going wrong ? How to solve this please ?

Cloud Connector is primarily functionality provided through Smart Management from RHEL. The report here would seem to indicate that you are using the upstream Foreman and Katello (and not Satellite) to try and make use of Cloud Connector for console.redhat.com management. Is that your intended goal? Can you expand on your use case?
