Install windows but 'peSetup.cmd' is not recognized

Problem:
I created windows images through the steps here https://github.com/UXabre/WIMan.gitand tried to install windows on another virtual machine. But there was a problem

I solved the question.I download http://172.16.10.77/unattended/script?token=211b6fed-a359-40b4-a97b-424ca2584ce8 and rename “peSetup.cmd” .because I found "peSetup.cmd " nerver download windows system.I guess may be there is question in the foreman provisioning template .
