Installing foreman_salt into RH Satellite 6.6

Hi all.

I’m trying to install the saltstack plugin for foreman into Redhat Satellite 6.6 Capsule server with foreman version 1.22
I have configured the official foreman repositories and I am trying to install the plugin.

When I run yum install tfm-rubygem-foreman_salt.noarch, it returns dependency problems.

Error: Package: tfm-rubygem-deface-1.3.2-1.el7.noarch (foreman-plugins)
           Requires: tfm-ror52-rubygem (rails)> = 4.1

           Requires: foreman> = 1.21.0
Error: Package: tfm-rubygem-foreman-tasks-0.16.2-1.fm1_23.el7.noarch (foreman-plugins)
           Requires: tfm-rubygem (get_process_mem)

Can someone tell me which packages need the integration of foreman_salt with Satellite capsule server?

Thanks in advanced.

I enabled repos and it has been installed correctly.
Thanks

This is likely an unsupported scenario given you are getting the content from an upstream repository and not directly from the Satellite repositories. Be wary that these two may become unstable with each other over time given they have different lifecycles.

Thank you, I know it’s an unsupported scenario, however 'minterested in test it

The general model is you can do try it, but RH support has the right to ask you to get your machine to a pristine state and then recreate issues.
