There are a lot of different ways to provision to bare metal, depending on your needs. The manual has some detailed overview: Foreman :: Manual
There’s a number of YouTube videos - some of the material is with much older versions of Foreman, but the basic process hasn’t changed for PXE provisioning with TFTP/DHCP. https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=foreman+bare+metal+provisioning

Your documentation is weaker that it could be, we need to do better.
However you can’t go wrong reading Red Hat Satellite 6.x documentation about provisioning, it’s essentially Foreman with many plugins, fixes and testing:
