Is there a specific hook_plugin that executes when "cancel build" is pressed?

Hi,

Checking to see if there is a specific hook that gets executed when a build
is cancelled? I see that before_provision hook is called, but that hook
is also called when a build is complete.

No, they're treated in the same way, I don't think you can distinguish
the events.
