Problem:
Errors while running foreman-rake db:seed during Foreman upgrade from 1.23 to 1.24
Expected outcome:
Documentation says I should not see any output or errors
Foreman and Proxy versions:
Foreman 1.24 and Proxy 1.24
Distribution and version:
CentOS 7.7
Other relevant data:
Foreman installation was not done by using foreman-installer and was under Puppet control module until disabled for upgrade.
