I'm currently aborting jobs on Jenkins, so you may see build
failures/aborts on PRs soon, though I'm trying to keep it to a minimum.
Jenkins became deadlocked, probably due to an influx of PRs (I notice a
lot were rebased or updated at about the same time) and the job design
we use with sub-jobs is susceptible to this on rare occasions.
Please rebase, amend commits or use [test] to get any affected PRs
re-tested tomorrow. Avoid doing this to all of your PRs at once if you
have many open, thanks.
