This morning I found Jenkins trying to restart but it was not able to due to a katello-pr-test job that has been stalling for nearly two days. All attempts at forcibly aborting the stuck job failed. Eventually I restarted the jeknins service on the host directly, and it seems to have cleared for now. Looks like any jobs that were pending are lost and will need to be rerun. Hopefully there are no other consequences.
