Jenkins restart on Weds 13th April

I'm going to restart Jenkins tomorrow, Weds 13th April some time between
7-9am UTC to try and fix a problem connecting to one of the slaves.
Tests will be suspended temporarily before the restart.

Completed and the slave reconnected OK.
