I've restarted the Jenkins master as it stopped responding to HTTP
requests a short while ago.
I'm unsure what state running jobs have been left in, so you may need to
re-run PR tests if the job ID that a PR test links to no longer exists.
This occurred again and I've restarted it, the same applies. The PR
tests haven't run for a while, so it'll have to work through any
outstanding queue now.
This time I saw that the process had exhausted its heap space, so I've
increased the memory available by another 1GB to try and prevent it.
