[Katelle 2.3] Convent view promotion not working ... content versions are not displayed

Hi @all,

yesterday I´ve updated our production system to the newest version of Katello, foreman and so on. The update process to very long but was successful. Now I´m facing issues with promotion and display of content views.

For a new project I´ve created a new content view and tried published this content. Now a promotion is not possible because the screen is empty. Neither do I see versions and promoted content nor do I see the newly created and published version of the content I need for the upcoming project.

Is there a known bug / error and a possible fix to it?

I don´t see any versions of a content view and therefore can´t promote the content to a new environment.

Generally when I run into issues like this, I run a foreman-rake
katello:reindex.

well even though I´ve run katello:reindex thing didn´t change. I still can´t see any entries in my content views. All versions are missing and thus I can´t promote new content to new environments using the Web UI.

Do you have any other idea?

thanks for your help, I appreciate it.

But the problem is not solved, maybe someone else can help me out. I can promote content using hammer cli but the Web UI screen is not even loading. It´s as if the function of showing convent view versions is complete missing. Yum content, Puppet, Modules, History, Details and Tasks are shown correctly and are working fine. But version tap is empty no loading of content at all.

@ All please help, if you´ve any ideas.
