Hi,
We are trying to register some Oracle Linux 7 servers to our test Katello
server. Unfortunately OL by default installs rhn-client-tools (which
obsoletes subscription-manager). I believe this is done as Oracle Linux is
still pushing to use Spacewalk.
Is there a way to register with Katello using rhn-client-tools, similiarly
to how Spacewalk was done, or will we need to force replace it with
subscription-manager.
Thanks,
Dane
No, subscription-manager is needed for katello.
