Just an update about the status of the RC. Installation is working, and
BATS passes. I'm working on upgrades, as there are a number of issues.

in koji -

el6 Bug #11139: 2.3 Upgrade Fails with Unable to Reload Puppet - Katello - Foreman
The latter is the bigger problem: we have to update the puppet modules
to get the fix, however at the moment, updating all the puppet modules
doesn't even give a clean install

Once that's resolved, we'll also have to probably deal with incompatible
paremeter changes and write some more hacky migrations.

So, I expect it will be a couple more days, unfortunately.
