I've just upgraded from RHEL 7.1 to RHEL 7.2 then updated Katello and
Foreman to the latest 2.4 and 1.10.4 versions.
Now when I look at the content hosts, they all have black icons. They
display no information in any of the tabs (details, Provisioning Details,
Subscriptions etc).
In the foreman log this displays when I click on the host:

candlepin and all the information about this host being returned, but still
nothing displays on the content host page.
If you turn on chrometools or similar browser debugger, do you see any
errors in the console? (ctrl + shift + i in chrome)

What browser and version of the browser were you using when you saw this
happen? I am having a hard time recreating it, any info would be helpful!

Just an update here if anyone else runs into black content host icons, A
user has reported that clearing the brower's cache solves the problem. We
are still trying to determine the root cause of the issue.
