Katello 3.5 RC2 Available for Testing

In conjunction with the release for Foreman 1.16 RC2, Katello 3.5 RC2 is
now available for testing. This release fixes 38 bugs since RC1 - thanks to
all who tested and reported issues.

Please help by testing and filing any issues that you find so that we may
address them before the final release. Foreman is expecting another release
candidate before 1.16 is released, so Katello will also most likely have
another RC before 3.5.0; look for that in the future.
