Problem: Is it possible that only 2 rpms have changed ? Even the katello package is still in 4.15.0. Or maybe I am looking wrong ?

Yes, thank you, I was just a little bit confused that the katello rpm is still in version 4.15.0., but the About ->Plugins tab in foreman shows katello version 4.15.1.
By the way I had to do foreman-maintain service stop even on foreman proxy during the update due to previous versions of running pulpcore processes which is not mentioned in the manual.
