Katello 4.2 repo sync crashing [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/var/lib/pulp/tmp/2

I had the same Issue in Katello 4.1, the fix that was recommended to me is in the following post :

Hey man, I had the same issue with the same error logs in the pulpcore workers and I did the following : You can check out the thread to get more information about it. I also ran foreman-installer --foreman-proxy-content-enable-katello-agent=false to remove any traces of the Katello agent as I didn’t use it. You should do that as well if you don’t use the katello agent

(Both the disabling of the katello agent + the cleanup of the PGSQL database)
