I think the problem is still with graphql here similar to what was fixed for the Ansible plugin. My work around for the Ansible plugin is in Enabling ansible plugin results in failure of db:migrate - #7 by Dirk and hopefully something similar should work, but others where I suggested this did not report back unfortunately.
