I´ve setup a completely new test environment for Katello/Foreman tests and am trying to implement FreeIPA as user directory. I´ve configured LDAP in foreman and configured foreman to use FreeIPA as authentication with katello-installer --foreman-ipa-authentication true, nevertheless it doesn´t work correctly. After setting up a http/hostname service in FreeIPA I can login with FreeIPA users but the user account is not created in foremen even though the checkbox for automated user creation on login is checked. As the account is not properly created / showed in foreman I can´t assign any roles to be able to interact with the logged in user account.
I´d appreciate any help solving this problem.
