Katello Install Fails - Errno 14 PYCURL ERROR 22

Hello
In my test environments, I successfully installed and configured Foreman
and Puppet. I could see all the four nodes within foreman console. I am
able to apply puppet manifests. Now, I tried to install Katello (patch
management tool) which fails with the following error. It looks like the
install bundle is looking for an object which existed under different name,
I have no clue how to make the install bundle aware of the new name so that
the install will complete. I surfed the net but no good luck. Your help is
greatly, appreciated. Thank you.

Linux version: Linux version 3.8.13-16.3.1.el6uek.x86_64 (gcc version 4.4.7
20120313 (Red Hat 4.4.7-3) (GCC) ) #2 SMP Tue Dec 17 11:24:44 PST 2013

from foreman-plugins: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.

Run "yum clean all", most likely your cache is out of date.

Do note you can't install Katello on top of an existing Foreman.
