[katello] Katello and Puppet4

I was wondering if the nightly version of Katello (the 3.0.2) installs the
foreman 1.12 (wich has support for Puppet 4)? Which version of Foreman will
the katello installer install ? Can I specify the foreman version I want?

Katello does not support Puppet 4 today, it's currently slated to be
supported with the Katello 3.2 release.

There are some areas where Katello, Pulp and Foreman overlap with Puppet
content, we're currently working on getting everything to be aware of
Puppet 4.
