Katello nightly pipeline failed:

It’s 6 failed builds since the last update, can someone from @katello take a look? The upgrade seems to be failing due to gpg Public key for katello-common-3.12.0-1.el7.noarch.rpm is not installed
There have also not been new packages built since June 3rd, katello master pacakge release job is failing with:
Gem loading error: Could not find 'pulp_file_client' (= 3.0.0rc2.dev.1558441126) - did find: [pulp_file_client-0.0.1b10.dev.1557779852]
@Justin_Sherrill - is this the version pinning you mentioned in katello-nightly-rpm-pipeline 97 failed ?
Has been released to staging, not promoted to the actual yum repos yet.
