The passing items indicate that dropping of Pulp client certificates fixed the primary issue (Fixes #35005: Drop setting Pulp client certificate settings by ehelms · Pull Request #450 · theforeman/puppet-katello · GitHub). The other jobs that failed all seemed to fail at some point with network issues pulling RPMs from different locations. There did not appear to be be one systematic error.
