This is most probably https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1741577 – we enable the CentOS CR repo and this probably now has the “broken” subscription-manager.

We can disable CR for now I think.

how can we do that? looks like this is blocking katello nightly for a while now. cc @ehelms

Proposing we skip the failing test for the time being as this fixes pipelines across multiple footprints and re-enable it once subscription-manager has been updated. I created an issue in Forklift to track re-enabling this test.
