Katello nightly pipeline failed:

The install appears to fail with this error, and the model mentioned changes between runs. I’ve also seen runs where this passed.
Is it possible that we somehow have two processes trying to migrate the same DB at the same time causing these failures? I don’t seem to recall anything touching those area recently
Note this failing during foreman-rake apipie:cache:index which is loading the plugin interface which is what creates roles. This seems to be a bit of a race condition for some reason. @Justin_Sherrill had some thoughts from digging
