That’s failing on upgrading to 2.0.0-rc2. We should do a rc3 which includes

i pulled that into 2.0-stable. can we do a rc2-2 just of the installer or will that mess things up? I don’t want to wait a couple of weeks to fix this. If we can’t let’s push our rc3 now with just this fix (and a couple others in core that already got pulled in)

After some discussion on IRC, it looks like a packaging only fix is the quickest solution:
