@ekohl this looks like its caused by https://github.com/theforeman/foreman-installer/commit/e231869242bd89263bb23e88f4c01be784305454

I see it requires https://github.com/theforeman/puppet-puppet/pull/668
Do we need a puppet-puppet release?
