Upgrade tests are failing during the installer after upgrading to 3.13 installer with:
Execution of '/bin/yum -d 0 -e 0 -y install mongodb' returned 1: Error: rh-mongodb34-mongodb-syspaths conflicts with mongodb-2.6.12-6.el7.x86_64
The update to puppet-pulp that allowed puppet-mongodb 3.X versions broke this behavior. I opened a PR to fix it that hopefully @ekohl can look at and release.
