This breakage is not related to Ruby 2.7 but is due to Fixes #32086 - seed triggered by sidekiq processes by m-bucher · Pull Request #8392 · theforeman/foreman · GitHub which has on-going further conversation around the change.
We’ll be discussing a solution to this today. I imagine we may need to
do something a bit ugly to solve it in the short term, while we work on
a longer term solution, but i’ll update when we have a plan.
