Failures here are due to updated qpid-proton in EPEL 7: tracking here Katello installs for 4.0 and 4.1 are broken due to qpid-proton update in EPEL on EL7

This will require getting fixes into 4.0 and 4.1 to fix nightly pipelines due to upgrade testing.
