Unless there are objections, I am going to create a Redmine subproject for
tracking Runcible issues and releases. This will involve moving all
currently open and previously created issues that were direct Runcible
changes as well as moving the currently open Github issues over.
My reasoning for this is:
a) Runcible has its own release numbers and cycle independent of Katello
b) We are managing issues in 2 places (github and the Katello project)
