Katello tests broken

Hello,

I see the same failures in jenkins for multiple PRs:

Katello::SyncManagementHelper::#collect_repos (katello).test_0001_anonymous
Katello::SyncManagementHelper::#repos? (katello).test_0001_should return false for a product without repos

they don’t seemed to be caused by such PRs so I plan to merge PRs if these are only errors. In past we agree to at least inform katello-devs about this, which is why I’m writing here. Please let me know if I misunderstood.

There is already a PR to fix these:

Katello is broken with Rails 5.1.

Now that Tomer’s PR got merged, the second testset(?) is running, and after https://github.com/Katello/katello/pull/7130 got merged, 252 failures are currently seen.

I’m planning on starting to look into these this morning.
