[katello] Updated repo structure and katello-repos RPM

Hi All,

We've updated the katello repo structure to be a bit more organized. If
you are running the nightlies you'll need to update to the latest
katello-repos rpm:

https://fedorapeople.org/groups/katello/releases/yum/nightly/katello/RHEL/6Server/x86_64/katello-repos-latest.rpm

otherwise you will get some 404's when doing a yum update. Let me know
if you have any questions.
