Luna nightly pipeline failed:

This fails on retrieving https://192.168.122.160/javascripts/foreman_virt_who_configure/locale/en/foreman_virt_who_configure.js. I see that foreman_virt_who_configure did update its translations, but didn’t include the javascript bits. This is because locale/Makefile was not updated. https://github.com/theforeman/foreman_plugin_template/blob/master/locale/Makefile is the latest template.
