upgrade failed due to:

luna-nightly-rpm-pipeline 70 failed Infra & CI

As discussed with @evgeni we’re going to fix it in 1.22.1 which will include https://github.com/theforeman/foreman-installer/pull/380. The 1.22.1 release is planned for next week.

install test failed with the org delete deadlock
