I’ve edited your post to hide your actual host names.
Foreman 1.19 is very old and no longer supported, it is possible that this issue has already been fixed in a newer version. Please considering upgrading to a supported release, current ones at the time of writing are 2.2.1 and 2.1.4.
Alternatively, you can try doing as the error message suggests - inpect the tasks that are mentioned and either fix and resume them or abort them.

I would like to update the foreman, but even update does not go smoothly lot of issues.

During update foreman-installer fails with some qpid issue

Hi All,

I have updated my foreman from 1.19 to 2.1 and katello to 3.16

But still Manifest refresh is failing.

Also, now I have few other issues like

  1. Repository is not getting synced
  2. Candlepin and katello events are getting failed when checked using hammer ping

Let me know if any logs is required from my end for troubleshooting
